Harvest has assisted Betalo AB with its application for re-authorization according to PSD2

Harvest has assisted Betalo AB with its application for authorization (re-authorization) to operate as a payment institution. The authorization was granted on October 29.

As the second payment service directive, PSD2, was implemented in Sweden on May 1, 2018, it was required that the company, like all other existing payment institutions, applied for re-authorization by October 31, 2018, to continue its operations.

Betalo AB is a company within the fintech sector that launched its services in 2012.  The company cooperates with seven Swedish banks and offers its customers, among other things, to use their cards to easily pay bills and send money, in Sweden and abroad.

Harvest team has consisted of partners Gustav Sälgström and Amin Bell and associate Linnéa Nilsson.

Harvest has during the summer and fall of 2018 received assignments from several payment institutions to assist with applications for re-authorization at Finansinspektionen.
