Anna’s work is mainly withing the area of regulatory issues, especially in the field of asset management, securities, payment services, AML as well as data protection.

Anna has been active within the field since 2010 and frequently represents financial institutions which are supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). She maintains the position as compliance officer at several companies in the aforementioned categories. Anna has participated in a number of projects implementing new legislation, such as MiFID 2, AIFMD, PSD 2 and AMLD 4. She also advises clients in matters relating to corporate and contract law.

In addition, Anna’s experience includes M&A and she has assisted in several Swedish and international corporate transactions. Anna also frequently advises in matters of data protection (GDPR).
