Application for re-authorization according to PSD2

Harvest has assisted HSB Finansstöd with its application for authorization to operate as a payment institution with the appointment of several representatives in the form of regional HSB associations in the country.

The authorization was granted on September 11.

Harvest has previously assisted HSB Finansstöd with its first application for authorization as a payment institution, granted by Finansinspektionen in October 2017. As the second payment service directive, PSD2, was implemented in Sweden on May 1, 2018, it was required that the company applied for re-authorization by October 31, 2018, to continue its business. Harvest has therefore assisted the company with its second application, granted in September 2018.   

HSB Finansstöd provides payment services for housing associations and other customers that purchase services from regional HSB associations. Through the establishment of HSB Finansstöd, coordination in HSB increases and the customer offer will be even better and safer.
