Data protection and privacy
Harvest regularly advises clients with their implementation of GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation) providing ongoing advice in matters of data protection and privacy. We also advise on adapting and reviewing company processes.
Our services consist, among other things, of assisting with the mapping and analysis of personal data management in order to address any deviations and make recommendations on measures. We also review and adapt policies, routines, consent and information texts, and assist companies in drafting and adapting personal data processing agreements. Furthermore, we offer to undertake the role of external Data Protection Officer and also provide ongoing support to a company's internal Data Protection Officer or otherwise responsible person. In addition, we assist companies that wish to prepare for possible supervision procedures by conducting a simulated supervision investigation where the company's procedures are stress-tested in a practical framework.
